Without A Cue Productions has put an end to their traveling and is thrilled to make Philadelphia their permanent home with the opening of Red Rum Theater. Theater goers can expect an unmatched experience at the brand new Red Rum Theater.  This will be Philadelphia’s only venue dedicated to the art of murder mystery. The 3,346-square-foot venue will consist of cabaret seating for up to 100 people and will be located inside the Curtis at 601 Walnut Street.

Redrum Theatre

The entertainment venue will open its doors for the first time on January 17, 2023 for the Golden Girls show. If you’re an OG Golden Girls fan, the opening date is no coincidence as it’s the late Golden Girls star, Betty White’s birthday who played Rose Nylund in the 1985 classic.

“This has been a project in the making for 20 years, and a major goal for the development of Without A Cue. Choosing the Curtis as a future home seemed out of reach at first, but it was a dream venue and a perfect fit for our new theater, said Executive Director, Traci Connaughton. We are so excited to continue our journey in the heart of Philadelphia providing laughter and joy to many.”

Black Friday deals will be in full effect as Without A Cue applied a 25% off discount on your cart running from Friday, November 25 through Monday, November 28. Tickets can be found at https://redrum.live.

On January 12, 2022 Without A Cue plans to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Curtis starting at 6:00 p.m. with cocktail service from Pops McCann Whiskey, wine provided by City Winery Philadelphia, food, and a photo booth!  More information on the opening night will be announced in the future.
