This killer event is moderated and produced by “That Halloween Podcast” host, Jeff DePaoli. A limited number of tickets are now on sale for this one-time-only event. General admission includes access to the movie screening, live panel, and a souvenir event lanyard. Beyond the general admission offerings, you can also add “Silent Night, Deadly Night: The Game” at a discounted price to your advance ticket in order to guarantee yourself a copy.

“Silent Night, Deadly Night” was originally released in 1984 and sparked a lot of controversy. The film outperformed “A Nightmare on Elm Street” at the box office during their same opening weekend but was pulled from cinemas after one week due to its controversial promotional material and graphic violence.

Since then, viewing it during the holiday season has become a tradition for many horror movie fans. “Both Scott Schneid and I are thrilled that the movie has become so popular and an annual tradition through the years,” says Whitehead. “The fans of ‘Silent Night, Deadly Night’ have made it happen, and we love that.” “Creating this game became an obsession of mine, and I spent countless hours developing, testing and refining every little detail,” says Masi. “It was designed around the plot of the movie and our goal was to invoke a mid-80s retro gameplay feel. While simple to play, it’s not easy. It’s an entirely new way to experience ‘Silent Night, Deadly Night’ and the artists at Fright Rags turned it into an absolutely gorgeous collectible.”

Tickets are now available at TheFridaCinema.org. Additional officially licensed merchandise will be for sale at the venue including posters, shot glasses, game expansion packs, enamel pins, and press books. Scheduled to appear on the panel are “Silent Night, Deadly Night” co-executive producers Scott Schneid and Dennis Whitehead.
