Prepare your palates for a taste of terror, as Troma Entertainment, in collaboration with Horror House Pictures LLC, P.J. Starks, and NKY Films, unveils its latest horror feast, Sweet Meats. This brand-new horror movie, crafted by the twisted minds of Lloyd Kaufman & Michael Herz, promises to blend the flavors of classic horror with a modern twist, reminiscent of Motel Hell and Roger Corman’s Little Shop of Horrors.

Set against the backdrop of the eerie and possibly haunted locations of Wilder, Kentucky’s Bobby Mackey’s and Harrison, Ohio’s Nick’s Restaurant, Sweet Meats tells the tale of Bobby Sweet, a country music legend turned restaurateur. Since 1978, Sweet has been serving up dishes that have kept the world ravenous for his “Sweet Meats”. But as patrons will soon discover, some recipes are better left unshared, especially when they contain a secret ingredient that’s beyond imagination.

Under the direction of Ricky Glore (All Your Friends Are Dead), and with a script that promises both thrills and chills, Sweet Meats is gearing up to be a horror classic. The film boasts a talented cast including Timmy Barron (Chicago Fire), Eileen Earnest (All Your Friends Are Dead), and Amanda Chilelli (Playboy Playmate), alongside a crew that has proven its prowess in bringing nightmares to life. Special effects are helmed by Lizzie Schreibeis (U.S.S. Nightmare), with Nicholas Hiance (All Your Friends Are Dead) capturing every horrifying detail as the director of photography.
