A24 has unveiled the new trailer for THE LIGHTHOUSE, directed by Robert Eggers following the success of his last feature The Witch. The film stars Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson, and will be in theaters this October.

The Lighthouse is a hypnotic and hallucinatory tale of two lighthouse keepers on a remote and mysterious New England island in the 1890s, trying to maintain their sanity while living in isolation.

A24 has maintained a consistent quality with its releases, and this film looks like it will be no different. The black and white cinematography is iconic and the tight aspect ratio brings us into the claustrophobic setting with them. With Dafoe and Pattinson leading the film, this is sure to be another hit psychological horror from Eggers.

The Lighthouse will be released on October 18th, 2019.
