Blahblah

Writer/director Chris McInroy’s “Bad Guy #2” is one of the funniest, bloodiest, smartest short films I’ve seen this year. It totally respects and adores the cliches that it makes fun of, and it made me laugh out loud a number of times. When I guessed it was going one way, it zagged the other, and I laughed again. So much fun.

Job

Kirk Johnson is hilarious as Bad Guy #2 (formally #3, until the old #2 displeased his Kingpin boss), and he really doesn’t want to screw up the new opportunity he’s been given. He tries to keep his boss pleased, his wife satisfied, and his wits about him, all while struggling to get his job done.

Jars

Is it a spoiler to reveal that he screws up? A lot? Oops, sorry, I already typed that. Before I reveal any more, maybe you should go ahead and check the short out via the link below (prepare for blood) (and gore) (and other liquids).
