Something secret is coming to Los Angeles. So secret, in fact, that I can’t even tell you what it is. Not because I am sworn to secrecy, mind you. But because I don’t even know!
In an email to me, they said it best: The secretest part about Secret Thing is that you don’t know what the experience will be like until you show up.
I know nowadays, this might cause some concerns for folks. That said, knowing one of the folks behind Secret Thing, and the body of work they have already been apart of, I can confidently say that whatever Secret Thing is, it is going to be fantastic.
The crux of Secret Thing is that it will be a series of capsular shows at different venues all over Los Angeles. All of the shows take place in the Secret Thing universe. They will vary in length and size, but there will always be an opportunity for audiences to socialize and get to know the community. Theatre, music, dance, and immersive elements will all be a part of this process.
Their first experience, SECRET THING: I will be taking place on July 14th. Tickets now on sale, but there will only be 70 available. As of this writing, there is 40 left. All ticket sales go towards show expenses and making sure that our performers and artists are well compensated.
