French independent studio WanadevStudio has announced the release of their latest game, Propagation: Paradise Hotel, on VR platforms in May. The game will be available on Meta Quest and Steam VR starting on May 4th, with a release on PS VR2 to follow.

Propagation: Paradise Hotel is a single-player adventure game that takes players on a horrifying immersive experience through infiltration, exploration, survival, and action. The game follows the story of Emily Diaz, who is trapped in the Paradise Hotel, a place populated by terrifying creatures. Players will help Emily search for her sister while fighting off the hotel’s inhabitants.

Emily embarks on a solo adventure to search for Ashley in the dark and ominous environment of the Paradise Hotel. As the player progresses through the game, they must strategically use any tools or weapons they have collected along the way to overcome obstacles and move forward in the story.

The game is set in a world where a mysterious illness has transformed people into savage creatures. Emily, a bartender, and Owen, a security guard, are stuck in the Paradise Hotel’s kitchen, believing they are the only survivors. However, a radio transmission reveals that Emily’s twin sister, Ashley, is still alive and waiting for a rescue team on the roof. It is up to the player to guide Emily through the dangers of the hotel and reunite her with her sister.

According to Nola Speck, the Production Manager at WanadevStudio, Propagation: Paradise Hotel is a unique project for the independent game studio. The game offers players a truly immersive experience with a deep and touching story, making it more than just a simple zombie game. With a mix of horror, survival, and action, the game promises to be a thrilling adventure for players.
