Yesterday ScareLA, the big celebration of all things Halloween was getting ready to open its doors for the weekend.  On Friday, countless demons, monsters and mild-mannered workers were busting hump, getting the convention ready to go.  Running August 8th and 9th, at the Pasadena Convention Center, ScareLA has expanded greatly from what it was a few years ago.  The gigantic, main show floor is easily twice the size as it was before.  The main auditorium that will house all main presentations AND the Bloody Ballroom event has a 750 seat capacity!  Then, of course there is the all-new Vault of Darkness interactive experience, the Haunt walk throughs, the classes, the shopping and more!

Today we will be delivering minute-by-minute coverage via our instagram, twitter, and Facebook pages. we are also expecting possible breaking news from Universal Studios when they take the main stage at 4pm.  We will also be introducing you lovely readers to the new HorrorBuzz YouTube channel with videos from throughout the day.

If you haven’t purchased your ticket yet you all know that HorrorBuzz readers get 20% off tickets to the event by using code:HORRORBUZZ. Did you know that there are a seemingly endless amount of experiences to be had?
