They say everything’s bigger in Texas. The food, the hospitality, and now the cinephile community! Austin, TX based cinema eatery Alamo Drafthouse is now offering a new series that is designed to highlight the best in genre films. Alamo Drafthouse has teamed up with Fantastic Fest to debut “Fantastic Fest Presents” to deliver the festival’s best films to audiences at the Drafthouse. Events are to include bonus features, talent and crew in attendance, Q&As, after parties, and much more!

First on the list of events features the film Come to Daddy, the directorial debut of Ant Timpson who is also a Fantastic Fest alum. Come to Daddy is a thriller sprinkled with dark comedy and stars Elijah Wood. The film was incredibly well received at Fantastic Fest 2019. True to the thriller genre, there are many shocking twists and turns leaving audiences guessing until the end. Come to Daddy releases theatrically February 7, but cinephiles can see the film early at the “Fantastic Fest Presents” screening at one of the 16 Alamo Drafthouse locations on Monday, February 3. Ant Timpson and Elijah Wood will be available for a post screening Q&A at the LA location. The Q&A will be live streamed to audiences in all Alamo Drafthouse locations across the country
