This month marks the return of Universal Studios Hollywood’s California Neighbor Pass — where BOTH Californians and non-residents are allowed to choose any day for their first visit and return to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood for more than 175 days over a nine month period (blackout dates and restrictions apply).
