Although human trafficking may be a tough topic to portray, this trailer captivates a truly intriguing narrative packed with loads of emotional context throughout. Be prepared to cling to your seats and watch in suspense at this film unravels itself and reveals the inner dynamics of human trafficking altogether. With still much to experience upon release, this trailer sets the bar quite high for what looks to be quite a stellar drama film.

In closing, the director of this film has provided several statements in regards to his upcoming film. First off, Bruno Gascon discusses the controversy over tackling such a widespread epidemic. In doing so, Gascon states that “Carga is mainly a film about choices, survival instinct and strong women who do not give up, and a cargo that above all is emotional and that all the characters carry.” In response to he meaning behind the film’s title, Gascon responded that, “all the characters have in their shoulders a bigger cargo that they can handle with. The film talks about choices and about the egoism of society and where the survival instinct often prevails above the common good.”
