You guys. New poster artwork and a trailer have been released for the new Mexican sci-fi horror pic Los Paracidos (The Similars) and it looks nothing short of amazing. Directed by Isaac Ezban, the film tells the tale of eight people the rainy night of October 2, 1968, waiting in a remote bus station for a bus heading to Mexico City when they begin experiencing a strange phenomenon. Threatened by paranoia and fear, the strangers show the best and worst of themselves as they try to unravel the mysterious condition that is invading each of them like a virus.

Is that poster not one of the most amazing things you have seen in forever??? Evoking the look and feel of the Val Lewton thrillers from the 1940’s the colors, the lighting, the Dutch angle that lends a sense of kinetic peril, it has it all.  We are now ready for a psychological mind bender high on thrills and chills.  Oh but wait.  There is also a trailer!

Los Parecidos aka The Similars will VOD on Nov. 15, 2016 and will also have one-night
screenings in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.
