IBleedIndie.com, an upcoming PPV website dedicated to low budget indie horror films is set to launch later this month. The site is being helmed by producer Johnny Macabre of horror news site theblood-shed.com with a primary goal of providing a VOD outlet to film makers who prefer self distribution. Offering an alternative to Youtube and Vimeo, IBleedIndie is offering film makers the ability to publish films on their site while retaining non-exclusive rights and taking 90% of the profit. In addition to working directly with film makers, they are also announcing a partnership with 3 indie distributors.

Far surpassing their goal of 100 features at launch, they have already confirmed 158 and are striving to have as many as 200 by their October 31st launch date. They are also planning to offer rentals for 72 hours at $3 for features and $1 for short films. They hope that this will allow short film makers an opportunity to be recognized and to make a living off their work.
