BURIED ALIVE FILM FESTIVAL 2019 Submissions Now Open!

It’s that time again: the 14th annual BURIED ALIVE FILM FESTIVAL is taking submissions now!

BAFF wants your goriest, weirdest, most fun, most bizarre, darkest, and wildest indie horror and genre films. If you think your film is too gross or too scary or just too weird, this is the festival for you! Participants will have the opportunity to win the highly coveted Creeper Award, created by festival founder and effects artist Lucas Godfrey.

Atlanta’s premiere genre film festival will be held November 13th through 17th at the 7 Stages Theatre. The festival will include its signature mix of fun events and great films.

All submissions are being taken via Film Freeway and will be accepted through September 22nd. Dates and pricing are also available!

From humble beginnings as a bisexual art kid who drank more coffee than a 40-year-old author, Remy now holds a BFA in Film Production from Chapman University and is a proud member of the HorrorBuzz team (and still a bisexual art kid who drinks too much coffee). They were first introduced to the world of horror and camp when their grandma showed them The Rocky Horror Picture Show at age 5, and never looked back. When they're not writing cartoons or working on movies, one can spot them in various clubs around Los Angeles performing very, very self-deprecating standup comedy. Howdy ho!
