For the last few years, The Speakeasy Society has been telling their version of events from Frank L. Baum’s LAND OF OZ novels, and it has been exhilarating. We are barrelling toward its conclusion now, with Chapters 8 and 9 coming right on the heels of each other, as we dive deeper into mysterious forces at play. We have loved each and every installment of this show, and are excited as we draw closer to its end. No matter what faction you belong to, the story is always gripping.

And lucky for us, tickets for the next two chapters are available NOW!

Chapter 8 will be premiering first, entitled THE SLIPPERS. According to the Ozian Ledger of Prophecies, the Lost Princess will return to Oz, and peace will follow in her wake. But as we have learned, Ozma has indeed returned, however, in an act of desperation, she split herself between two bodies: Brother and Sister. In this installment, the opposition against Queen Ozma has been dealt heavy blows and the surviving factions have formed an uneasy alliance. But an old friend with a new mission is hoping you’ll reconsider your choices. Will you aid Special Officer Phil Daring and Glinda? Or will you infiltrate their forces undercover to gather intel?

The Slippers will premiere at Thymele Arts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday March 1-3, 8-10. You can purchase tickets at: www.speakeasysociety.com/theslippers

Shortly after that, Chapter 9, entitled THE STORM, will take place. Since the first time we entered the strange, colorful tent that whisked us into the battle for the Emerald Throne and control of Oz (way back in Chapter 1!), time and space began to rupture. The portals between Earth and Oz have resulted in the deterioration of the timeline between both worlds. But not everyone sees this as a problem…

In this installment, Her Majesty, Queen Ozma, is inviting Kansas recruits to a small reception. But due to Time Dilation, it happens to be the same evening as when you last saw Phil and Glinda. Will you be loyal and keep your secrets? Or will you take advantage of time collapsing to gain favor with the Queen?

The Storm will premiere in Los Angeles on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday March 14 -17, 2019. You can purchase tickets at:

Don’t miss out on these, as they WILL sell out quickly, and you do not want to miss out before the end!
