The beguiling Knott’s Spooky Farm is back at Knott’s Berry Farm now through October 31. This kid-friendly event happens daily and features fun activities, adventures, and music. Kids ages 11 and under are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes and traverse the expansive trick-or-treating throughout Ghost Town. This is affordable Halloween fun for the whole family.

Make sure to download the park and activity map from Knott’s before your visit.

Linus Van Pelt’s Great Pumpkin Patch

Situated at the center of the park is Calico Park. Here artists of all ages can carve their own pumpkin for a nominal fee.

Creepy Critters

Probably our favorite part of Knott’s Spooky Farm, aside from the candy, is the Creepy Critters of Calico in the Livery Stable. Curious little goblins and ghouls can come face-to-face with creepy crawly critters and make friends with a collection of freakishly adorable animals.

Bob Baker Marionette Theater presents Halloween Spooktacular

The wonderful Bob Baker Marionette Theater is back to present Halloween Spooktacular. This show features a host of tethered figures and their puppet masters as they fill the Bird Cage Theatre stage with Halloween whimsy and fun. This show is very popular. We advise getting to the theatre at least 30 minutes before showtime to make sure that you get a seat.

Halloween Hootenanny

The Halloween Hootenany overlay for the Timber Mountain Log Ride is back for another year of fun. Careen through the mountain on your very own log, through musical scenes as the town gets ready for the big Hootenanny. This is easily the best log ride in the world and it’s even better with this fun retheme.

Knott’s Spooky Farm is a lovely addition to Knott’s roster of events. What makes this one so special is, of course, Halloween. But there’s more. There’s Trick or Treating, Marionettes, costumes, candy, pumpkin carving, and plenty of characters out to visit and say hello. The best part is that Spooky Farm is included with daily admission into the park and is an affordable option for families.

Make sure to prepare for your visit ahead of time. Right now Season passes are super cheap and they will allow you admission into the park for Spooky Farm and admission for the rest of this year and next. If you don’t add parking to your pass, you can buy it ahead of time on the Knott’s website too. In fact, it’s best if you skip the box office altogether and buy all passes, tickets, and parking online for the best deals.
