Horror Movie Night is back at The Frida Cinema in Santa Ana, CA! This year we are screening four of the most iconic horror movies ever made and bringing the fun with us along with a few surprises. This is your chance to see classics on the big screen in a theater full of horror fans and have a ball.
So what IS Horror Movie Night? It is a full night of fun for $15 that’s what. The night begins as the doors open at 7:30 pm. It’s Halloween every night at Horror Movie Night and as each guest enters, they are given a treat. Each person is given a DUM-DUM as they enter and take their seat for the HMN Video Pre-Show.
A riot of silly insanity and tears across the screen with oddball videos, hilarious cutaways, and what is easily the best time you will have waiting for the show to start. While folks wait they have plenty of time to stock up at the snack bar with all of the classic concessions. Except for each Horror Movie Night, there is a special themed adult beverage available for purchase. Past examples include Heather’s Tears for The Blair Witch Project, The Roll in the Hay for Young Frankenstein, and of course the Stinger for Candyman.
When showtime arrives the fine folks at HorrorBuzz take the stage and giveaway the Pumpkin Prize Pack that features two free tickets back to The Frida Cinema along with an assortment of surprises from HorrorBuzz that may or may not include candy, Horror Movies, Shirts, Swag and much much more. You never know what you will find in the pumpkin.
The show starts and we are treated to a special short horror film selection from the Midsummer Scream SCREAMING ROOM Film Festival. Then the feature presentation commences and classic horror fills the audience with glee.
