DARREN LYNN BOUSMAN appears on the Halloween special of SHAKEN: THE COCKTAIL CHALLENGE, a bartending competition webseries that premiered this September.
As many of you might know, Bousman is the director of the films Saw II, III, and IV, Repo: The Genetic Opera , and Alleluia! The Devil’s Carnival, as well as the fanatically followed The Tension Experience.
SHAKEN: THE COCKTAIL CHALLENGE is a new YouTube series which features two bartenders every episode squaring off to create the best craft cocktail based on surprise requirements that can include ingredients, restrictions, and themes. A panel of celebrity judges chooses a winner based on creativity, presentation, use of ingredients, and overall taste. Every winner takes home a custom medal as well as a sponsored prize package. Permanent cast is DANNA FRIEDBERG as Host and KARLIE BLAIR as Head Judge, and the first season is sponsored by Hella Cocktail Co. and Jack Rudy Cocktail Co.
In addition to Bousman, the Halloween special is guest judged by actor NICK CARDIFF (Angie Tribeca). The episode finds the contestants challenged with candy corn-infused vodka and “Horror Infused” tropical bitters, courtesy of episode sponsor Horror in Clay.
