Six Flags Magic Mountain is ready to take the Spring Break experience to new heights with the announcement of two exciting events for 2023, Scream Break, and Tacos & Beer Fest. From March 9 through April 16, the park promises guests an unforgettable experience with exclusive access to thrilling rides, haunted attractions, and foodie favorites.

Six Flags Magic Mountain introduces two new Spring Break experiences

This year, Six Flags Magic Mountain is introducing two brand-new Spring Break experiences, Scream Break, and Tacos & Beer Fest. These events are designed to provide visitors of all ages with unique activities, including exclusive haunted attractions and specialty food items.

Scream Break – the thrillingly unique after-hours haunt event

The Scream Break after-hours event offers 14 nights of screams and a new, exciting way to experience the park from 9:00 pm to midnight from March 18 to April 16, Fridays – Sundays only. This exclusive gated admission event allows guests to experience the Thrill Capital of the World in an entirely new and thrilling way.

The Scream Break event features exclusive access to two haunted mazes and three scare zones, all with a chilling Spring Break twist. Guests can also enjoy unlimited access to some of the most iconic world-class coasters, including the new WONDER WOMAN™ Flight of Courage, Full Throttle, Goliath, BATMAN™ The Ride, Twisted Colossus, and Scream.

To satisfy your monstrous appetite, the event offers foodie favorites and specialty drinks such as sangria blood bags and syringe jello shots during cocktail hour. Plus, guests can dance the night away between rides and haunted attractions with two DJs in DC UNIVERSE™ and the Full Throttle Plaza.

Tacos & Beer Fest – a paradise for foodies

Six Flags Magic Mountain is also introducing the all-new Tacos & Beer Fest, offering foodie lovers an assortment of specialty tacos, exclusive desserts, and unique beverages, daily from March 9 through April 16. Guests can enjoy a taste of thrills with new offerings, including gourmet tacos, savory tacos, healthy-conscious tacos, traditional and inspired tacos, delicious desserts, specialty drinks, and craft & seasonal beers.

With the purchase of a Tacos & Beer Fest Tasting Pass, guests can delight their taste buds with new dessert tacos, such as Oreo® ice-cream and strawberry shortcake, and savory tacos, including spicy shredded pork and smoked tri-tip. Plus, guests can sip and savor the flavors of specialty drinks and mocktails, including the spring bling sour and fresh squeezed limeade.

Additional Spring Break festivities

In addition to the Scream Break and Tacos & Beer Fest events, Six Flags Magic Mountain has planned a host of thrilling experiences for Spring Break 2023. Guests can enjoy double ride days on Goliath, Scream, BATMAN™ The Ride, and THE RIDDLER’s™ Revenge on Mondays through Thursdays, from March 13 through April 16. They can also double up on their burgers, ice cream scoops, and even funnel cakes with the Double Foodie Fun promotion. Guests can grab a friend and be their own hero with buy one, get one capes, celebrate the 20th anniversary of SCREAM!, and the 23rd anniversary of Goliath. Lastly, guests can celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Celebration from March 17-19.
