Tesura Games and Souris-Lab, a studio specializing in graphic design and game development, are proud to announce the release date for A Tale of Synapse: The Chaos Theories! This platformer will be released digitally on PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch on June 30, 2021, with a stunning physical edition available for the Nintendo Switch shortly after that.
Synopsis: This platformer mixed with a puzzle game mends both abstract art and hard science together. Follow a beautiful, vibrant story with Sci and Néro, two heroes who come together to evolve inside this surreal world, all based on the basic rules of mathematical logic. Players will dive deep into the world of Héméide while the sounds of the ethereal original soundtrack draw you in even further.
Available as a solo mode or in co-op, players will develop their synapses in order to build competency, solve puzzles, and fight enemies.
Some key features of A Tale of Synapse: The Chaos Theories include:
Four magical worlds to explore
Local Multiplayer Mode
45 levels of logic based puzzles
Colorful and unique 2D visuals
A haunting original soundtrack
My first thoughts immediately pull me into how adorable Sci and Néro are. I mean seriously, can they possibly get any cuter? Then setting them in a world with all of these bright colors, crisp edges and the lovely soundtrack, A Tale of Synapse: The Chaos Theories really seems like a game players could lose themselves in. Unless you absolutely hate math, as that’s a pretty big part of it.
No price or further information has been released just yet, but with two months until the release, we can be sure to hear more updates as the release date gets closer.
