During this time of unprecedented insanity, horror is a vital escape for fans and onlookers alike. Just outside of Pitsburghe Pennsylvania the creative Team at SCAREHOUSE have extended their creative help to legendary Kennywood Theme Park to restore a classic attraction. OLD MILL returns this season with an eye-popping new design from the classic theme “Hard Headed Harold’s Horrendously Humorous Haunted Hideaway,”.
For the first time, the OLD MILL now features Hard Headed Harold himself … a blue-eyed skeleton who lives in the Wild West and has a penchant for mischief-making. Bless his orange heart,  “Garfield’s Nightmare,” was removed and the OLD MILL returns to its classic roots as the oldest operating version of a chute-style, water-based dark ride, but with a twist. For the first time, the OLD MILL now features Hard Headed Harold himself … a blue-eyed skeleton who lives in the Wild West and has a penchant for mischief-making.

Sorry did you need a ride through? Then here you go!

We are excited to see a classic brought back to its former glory with the creative help of the haunt and horror community in Pittsburgh. Scott Simmons and the team at SCAREHOUSE had quite a daunting task in paying respects to one of the oldest attractions in the country but they seem do have done Kennywood proud. Who’s ready to take a ride?
