Synopsis: Steeped in rich Welsh folklore, Maid of Sker draws players back to 1898 to adventure through the notoriously macabre Hotel Sker. With multiple ways for your stay at Hotel Sker to come to an end, use your time wisely as you navigate the halls and grounds employing no-weapon survival tactics, and relying on your ability to keep quiet to stay breathing. The storyline draws inspiration from the Welsh folk story of Elisabeth Williams – the tragic tale of a Welsh woman in the 1800’s who lost her life after her father locked her away in her room to die of heartbreak.

The music alone is enough to make you want to play the game. Haunting and beautiful, these Welsh lullabies make you want to do anything but sleep as you watch this trailer. The map looks dynamic and atmospheric. The idea of employing “no-weapon survival tactics” in order to succeed in the game puts fun and challenging twists on the playing strategy. In addition to a top-notch storyline, Maid of Sker boasts realistic visuals featuring 4k uncapped on PC systems and enhancements on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, and 3D sound-based AI system as the core survival mechanic.
