Many many moons ago, in the year 2018, during a rich and balmy New England summer, a group of filmmakers shot the new horror comedy, Mass Hysteria. Oh, but that would turn out to be just the beginning of a long and arduous road. After production there is a thing called post-production and that requires time and money as well!

Mass Hysteria was shot over 25 nights in downtown Salem, Massachusetts. What better way to show off historic Salem, than recreating hysteria over Halloween night. The film depicts the horrors of history repeating itself through the eyes of Salem Witch Trial Re-enactors being chased out of their hometown after foul play takes the life of a tourist.

The finishing costs they are raising go towards color correction, sound mixing and sound effects, original score, and deliverables. The 15k completes this film and brings them one step closer to being on a streaming platform near you!
