Teaser images from Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald set the scene for European intrigue as the search for Credence (Ezra Miller) and Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) crosses the pond.

Each of the five films in this franchise will feature a different city. The first film, released in November 2016, took place in New York. In one of the newly released images, Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) peruses a post card from Paris, a main location for the second film, scheduled for release November 16, 2018.

Newt will be joined by Tina and Queenie Goldstein and No-Maj Jacob Kowalski as they follow The Circus Arcanum to Paris in search of Credence Barebone. Newt and Tina (Katherine Waterston) are featured in the second photo, looking very cloak and dagger as they investigate a series of vault boxes.

These images follow previous looks at Dumbledore (Jude Law) and Grindelwald, whose stories are intertwined with the search for Credence. Stay tuned for more as we anxiously await the release of the first trailer!
