The official Sundance poster for Bad Day for the Cut was recently released, and I for one think it looks pretty great. There’s lots of texture and the pen and ink work really pops in the Drew Struzan-esque images softly fading into the foreground. If the film is as stylish as the poster, we may have a winner on our hands. 

A revenge thriller from Northern Ireland, the story follows an Irish farmer whosets out on a mission of revenge after his elderly mother is killed by a mysterious stranger.  Bad Day for the Cut will debut in the Midnight Section on January 22nd in Park City, Utah and the premiere will be attended by lead actor Nigel O’Neill, director Chris Baugh, and writer/producer Brendan Mullin.
