You feel that in the air? That feeling of anticipation? The stifled screams of unbiased joy? You know what it means?

That’s right…it’s time for Midsummer Scream!

This weekend in Long Beach, CA, is the first ever Midsummer Scream Halloween Festival, and we couldn’t be more excited about it. The next two days are going to be jam packed with all sorts of thrills, chills, and of course, screams of fright.

While the Midsummer Scream website does an excellent job of laying out all of the amazing panels, presentations, and experiences, we thought we would clue you in on what HorrorBuzz.com has in store for you.

First up, you should definitely check out our booth at 212. Throughout the entire weekend, we will have amazing guests, giveaways, and of course, HorrorBuzz.com cups!

We’ll also have Buzz Boxes for sale, filled with all manner of spooky surprises!

Also, some of guests will include special effects make up artists Jaremy Aiello, who will have some of this work for sale, and will also be doing some demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Actress Carolyn Hennesy (of True Blood, Revenge, and much more) will be on-hand Sunday from 11AM-1PM to greet fans.

Screenwriter and actor Michael Varrati will also be paying us a visit on Saturday, from 2PM-4PM.

But don’t think you have to be glued to our table to see all the fun! Many of the HorrorBuzz.com staff will be participating all weekend long with their own panels, presentations, and performances!

Join Norm as he moderates the Terror Behind The Camera: Fan Made Films panel on Sunday at 4PM.

Also Sunday at 4PM is Baring Your Soul: Actors Behind the Screams, moderated by our own Abel Horwitz.

And last but not least, yours truly, Jeff Heimbuch, will be putting on a live, interactive performance of my audio drama, Return Home, on Sunday at 2:30PM.

But most of all, we just want to meet you! We’ve had an amazing first year, and we just love hearing from our readers, so be sure to stop by Booth 212 to say hello to us!
