This is the very first time Jeff has brought his podcast on stage to perform live in front of an audience. He is like a stand up comic, ready with stories to tell that make all listeners smile. He began his presentation reminiscing about costumes from his childhood. How the majority of them were simple but classic, how the costumes would have a picture of the character printed on it and how silly that was. As he goes through the silliest of halloween costume trends to masks that were on the top of his list, the screen accompanying him displayed images of his friends and pictures of the times displaying examples of his topics.
He also reflection on memories of Halloweens long ago and how it differs from today. The nostalgia on how houses used to give out goodie bags and king size candy bars compared to the “silly” fun sized chocolate squares that people give out today. On how All Hallows Eve would last all night and how they would come home with so much candy that it would last throughout the year.
He even talks about a terrifying memory of a close encounter with a serial killer and how his family came close to evil. But other than that, this panel was filled with laughter, fun and treats. You can listen to the LIVE episode on the link below.
